DNS problem?

I can't browse by name but can by IP. I've used the broadband fault checker but it's telling me the problem is with my equipment and there is nothing I can do but close the fault.

I was using auto detection of DNS but as advised by the fault checker I've manually configured them to be 212.158.6.9 and 212.159.6.10.

How am I supposed to report this as a problem if the only option in the fault checker is to close it?

*EDIT* Forget it, the firewall inbetween my modem and PC wasn't getting DNS settings from the modem automatically like it always has done. I've set them up manually and it seems to work.
