D-Link DSL-200

I order the D-Link DSL-200 router from as recommended by you on your website. I have now been told I must have a hardware problem because I have been unable to connect for 2 weeks and to return the modem for replacement.

i have just checked the website and they have strangley discontinued this modem. What should i get as a replacement.

If this is not sorted out soon I want to cancel my new account. Can I get a full refund if i do this? It has cost me fortune so far & 2 weeks of testing before anyone could confirm my line was Ok etc...

I have responded to the contact us ticket you raised yesterday evening.
As you know it is believed that the problem may be a hardware fault, therefore until that avenue is explored further we cannot really assist you more than we have already.
