Customer services

It's been a while since i've called up customer services. I cannot believe how much it has changed. There are way too many options to choose from and doesn't really give you can easy option to speak to a customer services personnel. I've just been on the phone for about a good 15 minutes listening to automated messages without having to speak to someone. has anyone felt frustrated and infuriated by this new change? i've been a customer for 4 years and have been happy up until now...

Surely you are mistaken :shock: Everything has improved!

We had an update just a day or so ago saying that there were only 79 (or thereabouts) tickets outstanding! And this must have been true as it came from a Director.

Perhaps that same Director should look at Plusnet's unique, up to the minute Customer Support Statistics which are so up-to-the-minute that they were last updated on 23 July 2006 - 3 whole days ago. Rock on PlusNet :roll:

Customer Service on the telephone

I tried to get through the automated options on the phone 3 times yesterday and did NOTmanage to speak to anyone - although I did swear at the announcer.
Call me old fashioned but if you have specialist CSR's then one person answers the phone, puts you on hold and then transfers you to the specialist - or this too simple?!!!!!

Plus net management are clearly just a bunch of *****. They couldn't give a feck about us because they know come 1st August when they release their figures that it's game over for their share options and they'll all be offski.
It's the lower level staff I feel sorry for.
