Hi,

I'm trying to action 2 tickets, but the 'YES' has disappeared from the page .....I've disabled my pop up stopper, is there something else I need to do?

All help grately appreciated.

When you say "yes" you mean that you've clicked "Action ticket" and it's asking something like "did this answer your question?". Does the window appear at all? If not, make sure you close ALL popup prevention programs (some anti-virus and firewall software includes this without you even knowing it) and make sure java is enabled on your browser.

Of course, you mean JavaScript and not java I believe. Also, if you use Mozilla or Mozilla Firebird, theres a built in popup stopper that you will possibly need to grant the protal permission.
