Anybody else having problems creating new mailboxes? I created a new one about 4 days ago and it's still not usable. Support say they are working on the it, but I wondered if it was causing many other people problems too?
With the recent email issues it may have got lost. Have you tried creating it again - if it exists in your mailboxes list just delete it then create it again. It should be operational within an hour as it is an automated process.
