Couldn't Connect

Hi,

at about 1140 this morning my connection died and I was unable to connect again until 1405. Did anybody else experience this? Does anybody know why?

There does not appear to be anything on service status that would reflect this problem and I haven't seen any posts on here or on ADSLGuide concerning this so it may just be an issue local to you. It may have been the result of some work being carried out by BT today between your line and the exchange, or at the exchange.

Was your voice service OK at the time?

Have you checked your exchange status? disconnections to happen from time to time. Are you back on now, with no problems?

There's no MSO's showing in your area so it's difficult to say what the cause was. Let us know if it happens again.

Somebody else in my area had the same problem - clearly an exchange issue

Dear all,
I am hoping you can help me. I have signed up to Connect Lite, and according to my account my direct debit is sorted, however when I try and change the dial-up number and dial up, it will get as far as authenticating user name and password then log off.
Please help!
