Is it usual to have to wait 10 hours for a responce to a raised ticket!!Huh?

Other people seem to be having email problems too!!!

Is plusnets support team in need of some support ??

Hi,

We do have a lot of tickets in the system at the moment, we are pooling all of our resources to pull these down to an acceptable number. In the meantime I am afraid that there will be a wait for a response via Contact Us.

I will investigate the delays in e-mail delivery further.
