Contact Us - new tickets get added to old problems instead

Hi - can anyone check this out?
Trying to raise a new support ticket, but any new msg just gets the response 'yeah, we know about that' and gets added to old (unanswered...) query!!!

Thanks - feel like I never leave these pages lately thanks to my SMTP mess (now almost sorted!!)

Well, I've just tried it out again and - unless I'm going crazy - it definitely won't let me create a new query (just adds my text to a (very long...) existing query.

Go see - the text is: >>got here by "Contact Us, I have a Problem, Contact us directly, Continue..."

I also tick 'return problem' and 'notify' and put in a different email address

(so it should create a new ticket...)<< But it doesn't!!!

By the way Mike, if you have any idea about my final wee dequeuing problem (16 mails that just refuse to come down the line)...
I'll be temp taking the server off line tonight, in case you don't get a response.

Not too sure about your ticket issues - have you tried closing your open ticket?

I've passed your matter directly to NOC either way so this should be resolved soon.

Thanks - maybe just a rogue ticket record, so shall close manually in the next 24 hours.

I've had this happen before, once. It kept saying that it knew about my problem. I had to log out and come back in - that did it.
