I opened a ticket this afternoon regarding a hosted domain.

It was actioned in just 30 mins flat!

Has it had no action at all, or has it been passed to BT as a fault?

If its gone to BT, they have a 7 day response time I believe.
If it hasn't, and it needs to, it could be a further wait. Cry

Hi,

my connection issue was also dealt with quickly when I spoke to them. It is important people log calls when they have on going problems and be honest when describing the fault. That way PN get a reliable list of issues and can look into solving them. Some faults are hard to fix unless they have a few users to look at to investigate.

I've got a PlusTalk ticket which has been open for months, which was last updated by PN on October 25th with an internal action for them to perform... very nearly a month later and still nothing :roll:
