Contact Tickets with Customer Support

These work very well. Good service. Only thing I noticed yesterday was when I raised a second ticket it attached itself to the open ticket that I had been updating a minute or two before - I got a message basically saying (and very politely) "We know, we know, we're working on it!"

Can you only have one ticket open at once or did something go wrong in the programming?

Thanks for the feedback on Contact Us. You're only meant to have one ticket open at once - though we may open others from time to time.
