Contact Support problem

I am trying to call on the support number 0845 1400 200 to try to get an update to an open ticket on each of the last 4 attempts I have waited patiently in the queue only to have the line go dead after 15-20 minutes.

What more can I do to get someone to respond.

I have had no broadband since the 16th may now and while BT have visited and confirmed the fault is theirs it does not seem to have helped in getting it fixed.

Can you advise what time it was when you called? And also which options you chose? This will help us trace any issues. In the meantime, I'm looking at your fault now....

times were approx 4.30pm-5.30pm on tuesday and somewhere between 10.00 and 11.00 wednesgay morning.

Options chosen in all cases were 217
