Connectivity issue update as at 17.30

Dear Customer,

Our engineers have now isolated the cause of the problem that has caused connectivity problems throughout today, this has now been resolved and we are seeing connections slowly returning to a normal level, however a problem still exists in the form of poor data throughput. This problem is currently being investigated and should be resolved early this evening.

We would ask customers to try their connection again, remembering to enter the correct realm information if they have been dialled up using the 0845 service at all today. If any customers are still experiencing connectivity problems that are not related to speed of connection then they should call our support number.

Once again we would like to take this opportunity to thank customers for their patience and understanding during the extended outage and again to apologise sincerely for any inconvenience that our customers may have experienced.
