Connection To ADSL Service Fails

Hi
After the outage today I still have no ADSL line. Is there something I can try before I place a support call?

What do you actually mean by no ADSL line. Is the line in sync but you can't authorise with BT/PN or do you have no sync at all. If no sync then it's not caused by the recent PN outage.

Either way raise a ticket but do explain whether you have sync or not as that will then help with the fault diagnosis.

I suspect one of the portal servers' time is 1 hour out as some people are seeing the post times one hour earlier than they actually are sometimes.
