Hi there, just want to say that after being told on the phone this morning that I could be looking at another couple of days before I saw my hardware, it arrived this morning (although via Parcel Force & not via CityLink as instructed on the phone).

Anyway - just wanted to say that the installation was relatively painless after misreading the instructions and having to reinstall the card. However, it still only took me 30 minutes from cardboard box to live connection. The connection works and I'm a happy man.

Of course, I'll be watching how the service performs but so far, everything you have said would happen has happened. Thank you and well done.

hi ive been on adsl now for 2 days and its great! only a couple of problems on the way and had to push a lil bit to get things speeded up (ok i hate waiting). little over 10 days from signup and i got my router flying.

well done plus net!!!!
