In September I upgraded to 1mb package with 3 gb allowance. Why have I been charged £14.99 twice for the transfer and why am I now receiving emails saying that I am being charged for exceeding 1gb? Why has no one responded to the ticket I raised on this?
The original request to upgrade (13399827) did not have the amount of included bandwidth on it, so instead of putting you on a high amount, we defaulted to the minimum. I have now changed this for you.
Also the ticket you raised, you put through as a VMU problem (ie a problem with the data or reporting) not with a specific account type or the amount of included bandwidth, so this went to a generic pool that we have open to monitor the problems found. This is not answered by the support centre, so will have just sat there until next week. I have answered it now though.
