Over the upcoming Christmas and New Year period our Customer Support Centre will be operating with reduced staffing levels on the following days:
Sunday 24th, Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th December
Sunday 31st December and Monday 1st January
As normal, we will be open 24 hours a day during this period, however we would kindly request that customers, wherever possible, raise any support requests via the Help Assistant on our Portal. This will allow us to better manage our workload over the festive period.
Due to the number of bank holidays over the Christmas period there will be some changes to the usual broadband activation lead times. The following is a list of when we expect orders placed to go live:
15/12 should go live on 22/12
16/12 - 18/12 should go live on 27/12
19/12 should go live on the 28/12
20/12 should go live on 29/12
21/12 - 23/12 should go live on 02/01
24/12 - 26/12 should go live on 03/01
27/12 should go live on 04/01
28/12 should go live on 05/01
29/12 - 31/12 should go live on 08/01
01/01 - 02/01 should go live on 09/01
It is possible that orders will complete a little earlier, however these are the anticipated lead times on Christmas activations.
Any broadband faults raised to us will be tested and raised as normal, however we do not expect to receive any fault updates on the bank holidays and availability of appointment times will be lower than normal.
