Changing name on account

I've just changed my name and title by deed poll but as all support is online, and I'm not quite sure which pool to direct the question to on the ticket system, I thought I'd ask here.

How do I get Plusnet to put my new name on their records and remove the old one?

Does anybody know?

You don't need to submit a ticket for that. You can change the details on your account online at https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=edit_details

One word of advice if you haven't spoke to your phone supplier yet make sure that when you speak to them that they know it's deed poll change of name rather than a change of ownership of the line.
