For those of you that haven't read the recent service status about the planned maintenance tonight, we're changing the way that our support pages look, to make it easier to view the content and get help for some common problems that you may experience at times.
This is not a service-affecting change, however during the rollout period (2-7am), you may find that links to Support Pages from areas of the portal or system emails result in "page not found". We hope to keep the potential for such errors to a minimum and our team will be on hand to resolve any unforeseen issues during the rollout period. Please note that only Support Pages will be affected during this work.
We would ask you to note that links to Support Pages from external sites may be affected and 404 'page not found' errors may occur for some time after the rollout. Our development team will endeavour to create additional redirects where such situations arise to minimise inconvenience.
