Sad Does anyone else feel angry and disappointed by the decision to impose a disconnection on any customer whose connection is idle for more than 30minutes? (Broadband Plus and ADSL Surf customers)

One of the attractions for many of us of having Broadband was the 'always on' connection. Now this will be lost. How is this going to "improve our relationship with our customers?"
