F9 i have a suggestion - HIRE A NEW WEB DEVELOPER(s). LoL

Your certificate on the home page is assigned to "www.f9.net.uk" instead of "f9.net.uk" and so it pops up with an annoying warning because the certificate is for a different address. Please fix this as it is highly annoying. it took you a week to actually half get that login box working, have you not heard of a testing enviroment.

Many Thanks,

Hi,

Thanks for pointing this out I've raised it to the developers to correct as internal problem 31634.

But why on earth does it need pointing out or raising with the developers, don't they know? Don't they test anything (well, I guess we all know the answer to that one).

If this were the only certificate problem!!!!!! Almost 5 months in total to get the contact us certificate "fixed", broadband checker cert was knacked last week, though I see that is now fixed. How many more are going to be messed up with whatever is going on at F9?

How long does it take for your internal problems to be solved. Lets just hope its not as long as tickets set up by your customers Evil

Maybe we should have a poll what do you think will happen first:
