I have signed up to your lite service but I am unable to log on. I had previously tried to access via your 0845 service but was not able to get in via that route either. I kept getting invalid user name and password. I am accessing the net via an alternative (ukf) without a problem. I have used your auto set up and checked this manually, all look ok. Using Win98 IE5. Please advise. PS I know that I changed my password and am certain that the dialup connection has the correct password and username. Regards Peter Proud
I am currently unable to access your connecion logs as our RADIUS servers are still synchronising.
Please raise a Contact Us problem on your account if this problem is still apparent.
