Cannot change "Notify me when reply posted" email

Hello,

I have changed my email address (in My Account/Account Details) but the forum notification messages are still being sent to the old email address.
The PlusNet billing statements are being sent to the new address but not the forum messages are not.

I assume that the forums are a separate system and that I was registered when I created the account but then any changes to the account are not being replicated to the forums. The forum system should check for email address changes (I would think once a day would be sufficient) or the account changes should update the forum system.

The forum while shown on the portal is not fully integrated into the portal so has no easy means to access customer data. To get your email address changed on the fourm just PM one of the forum moderators and they will change it for you.

Only admins can change your email address; if you drop myself or Kuglin a PM, one of us will do it for you, which saves bothering the Comms Guys.
