I'm trying to get a LLU MAC, but upon going to: Help and Support/Account Management/Request a MAC Key (Moving To Another Broadband Provider)/Another ISP I'm asked this question;
'date you want to move on.'
Now, I don't understand that :S I thought when I get the MAC, I can contact an ISP and give them the MAC? Please explain.
Another thing I can't understand is, When I put in my questions/phone number/reasons for leaving (As asked), I CANNOT find a submit button to send it off and wait for a MAC :S
Hmmph, any ideas?
