Can't connect

Switched on my computer today and tried to connect to PlusNet, but it says "Username and/or password is incorrect".

It was working fine last night, and I didn't change the connection details at all. I've turned my firewall off and restarted a few times and still it wouldn't work.

Just a hunch but if you are on PAYG, then try changing to last part of your username to; @plusdsl2.net

Also give @plusdsl.net a try.

Fixed now. Absolutely have no clue what was wrong.

Might have just been something as simple as your modem/router losing the settings.
