Can support please respond to 19535129

My work (non-plusnet) email account is receiving approx' 50 emails per hour from the plus.net email system and I'm having to manually delete the mails to stop my inbox becoming full. All information is on the ticket.

I raised this query at 12 this afternoon.

Thanks

Can someone please deal with this? Another 5 pages of bounced emails have had to be manually deleted by myself. It has been going on for two days!

Looking at it, the ticket in question has already been passed through to the network support team, and there is very little that can be done until they start work this morning and are able to investigate your particular query.

OK it is Monday morning and so far this morning (and for thismorning only) 350 emails have been sent to trash. They are arriving 3 per minute can somone have a look now? If it is a problem at this end fine but I dont think so.

Thanks they have BUT they are still turning up 3 or more per second. I cant possibly paste every header back to you but have posted another sample. Since cleaning my deleted mail box a few minutes ago I have 118 and counting arrived.

I've pushed this back through to the networks team for you, so that they can investigate it further. Though its possible that the last few you've had were in the process of being delivered when the fix was put in place.

Hi,

The network guys reckon it should be sorted now, are you still seeing the mails coming through?

Im getting a trickle through now as well as some "Warning: message 1FmDb1-0001Bb-IC delayed 24 hours" emails.

Im assuming these wont try and resend as stated in the message body:

Quote
No action is required on your part. Delivery attempts will continue for some time, and this warning may be repeated at intervals if the message remains undelivered. Eventually the mail delivery software will give up, and when that happens, the message will be returned to you.
