Can someone help me please

For the past few days I've been getting very low speeds, like 120k and Im on the Broadband Premier up to 8mb service. How comes my speeds are so low. Even if it had been throttled, the restrictions should have been lifted as yesterday was my billing date.

This is the speed results Im getting from adslguide:


Speed Test Results
Downstream 127.4 Kbps ( = 0.1 Mbps )
Upstream 60.4 Kbps ( = 0.1 Mbps )

This is what I get from PN's speed tester:

Your current speed is:

128.90kbps

Which means you can download at 16.11 KB/sec. from our servers.

Can someone please help me, I have raised 2 tickets but no one has answered yet. I don't feel I should be paying £21.99 for these extremely slow speeds.

Then dont .. give your custom to another ISP especially as they cant be bothered to answer your questions.

rebeldog, I would love to leave but im kind of trapped here seeing as i have to pay £70+ to leave. If someone someone feels generous to give me that money then I will pack my bags and leave, immediately.
