Can someone from Plusnet please help!!!

I moved house on 22nd Jan and although you have cancelled my old broadband, PLEASE could someone from Plusnet let me know when it will be set up for my new address.

The service status for this has remained unchanged for over a week.

Hi,

I've checked this for you and it looks like there was a problem submitting the order at the new address, I've now placed the order manually for you and it should be complete within a week.

I thought something strange must have occurred.

Hopefully you have the new address with the BN18 post code?

Yep, there's on open ticket on your account for the Broadband Operations Team to check when the order completes, the address is on there and that's the postcode.
