Can send mail but can't receive

I have a problem which I don't think is related to anything else I've looked at on here.

For some reason, all of a sudden, I am able to send mail but completely unable to receive. I get the following message:

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: '', Server: '', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '+OK headers follow.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

This has been happening now for three days and I am completely stuck.

If anyone can shed some light on this, I would be most grateful.

The following page, LINK, should give you some information about the error code you are seeing.

If this doesn't help then I would suggest the following:

1. Archive the mail currently in your email client and then recreate the mail profile from the setup information again.

2. Raise a ticket to help & support and ask them to investigate.

I have performed a refresh of your mail component from here which may help relieve the issue too.
