I've been waiting for a response to my tickets since Friday. Still waiting. I've only been without a connection now for well over a month so mustn't grumble.

It's become almost like a hobby. This futile quest to try and get just some sort of response out of Plusnet. Every day I go online at work, just hoping for some sort of response. Every day brings some new sort of dissapointment. I've made new friends on ADSL Guide thanks to Plusnet. Oh thankyou thankyou.
