Thanks for the phone call (Very Much appreciated)
as discussed even though BT say they have done some work on my exchange I have seen no improvement

I’m still having trouble connecting first thing
Quite often it is still dropping the connection
Plusnet still has my stable connection as being 2mb
My speed has never gone above 1mb
My modem has never connected below 7mb
My line still crackles when connected to the net as it has done since being put on max
I have tried all different filters modems etc...
when i was on 2mb (not max) i used to get a stable 2mb
