2. Already noted on report.
3. No refund due as 30 day account cancellation notice required. Account set for cancellation before next invoice date.

i was on the maneged pipe and moved to nildram on the 10 dec payment was taken on the 5 dec
still trying to get the refund for part month unused can someone please help

Looks like PN have messed up again with item 3 of the last ticket. Time to email Ian wild (iwild@plus.net) again I'm afraid as he is the most likely person to sort this mess out. Make sure you include the ticket number so he can get this sorted.

I have refunded the excess credit now and changed your account to a free account. This will be cancelled on the same date as before.
