Since it only failed about 15-20 mins before the Status Post went out, I doubt they know what has happened, and since its a Bank Holiday, Networks won't be in today.

I agree. They probably don't know what is going on judging by the recent experiences.

Surely someone from Networks is there on a bank holiday. I know it is a "value added" service (we have been told this often enough) but my view remains that I pay for it as part of my contract. That is one of the reasons I signed up with F9 in the first place.

My contract does not exclude bank holidays.

Networks don't work Bank Holiday's - there will be someone on call though, who will be investigating both it and the email issue reported later.

Although networks don't work bank holidays they have been called in, and have been investigating this since just before the service status announcement was made.

We will make more information available as soon as we can.
