Business user - email - lost messages

As a business user and MD of a design company, I can appreciate that occasionally Force9 wil have problems with service.

I feel however that loosing messages as per Service Status message dated 10/07/2006 @ 09:09 is NEGLIGENT.

DONT YOU HAVE BACKUP FACILITIES?

I have had discussions with Force9 before regarding email, they can never give an indication of the timescale to resolve these issues.

I NOW HAVE TO EMAIL EVERY CUSTOMER AND APPOLOGISE THAT IF THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL AND I DIDN@T RESPOND THEN IT WAS FORCE9's negligence and not mine.

I know I've had a customer sending me emails and I haven't recieved a single one of them.
