Business Upload Speed Question

"Fast upload speeds up to 832k"

It mentions that upload speed will be down to your network provider. Will users get the 832k on a BT network?

Business Upload Speed Question

What network provider would not be able to offer the 832k upload then? Tiscali LLU?

Business Upload Speed Question

You shouldn't be. However seeing some of the posts in here people have been moved on to the wrong BT MaxDSL package - but I've only seen this in relation to Teleworker accounts.

Business Upload Speed Question

Only the top Plusnet Business Product is provisioned on an IPStram Office product (equivalent of MAX Premier - higher upload). The teleworker, and Small Business Products all currently use IPStream Home and the MAX equivalent is the 448k upload.

Business Upload Speed Question

Yes I know all that.

The reason i'm asking is because. On this page: http://www.plus.net/business/broadband/business_features.shtml
it says:
512k-8Mb Download
Up to 832k Upstream*

* Upstream speeds may vary depending on wholesale supplier.

Now if BT can do the upsteam and i'm guessing Tiscali LLU can do the upstream why mention it?

So, is there any wholesale supplier not offering the 832k upload speed if you're signed up to the Office 2000 account?

What happened to Teleworker and Small Business Pro products, weren't they on IPStream Office?

When your re-grade order is submitted it should be re-graded to BT IPStream Max Premium and you will get up to 832k Upstream.

Yes they were and I believe from other posts I've seen that they should be moved to Max Premium.
