Business MAXDSL Upgrades...

Our account is currently a "Business up to 4Mb" which I understand from here will become a non-existant product - "Business Option 2† - up to 16Mb*".

1) Does the account type change on our billing date (23rd)?
2) What are the monthly/annual charges for this account?
3) When will our line be upgraded?
4) Will the upgrade be to 4Mb or to the fastest the line will allow (hopefully 8Mb)?
5) Will there we any benefit staying on this package as it appears PN will not be offering anything faster than 8Mb to business customers?

Thanks,
Cary.

Hi there,

1) The account will change to the most similar option on your next billing date (23rd), you can however change this if you wish.
2) The charges will remain the same.
3) Your line will be upgraded as a priority as you have been on a higher speed product, you should receive an email confirming the order has been placed shortly.
4) The upgrade will be upto 8MB.
5) The benefits will be in higher usage limits and higher speeds when available.

Thanks for the quick reply Mand, I'll look forward to hearing about an upgrade soon I hope as our Exchange (WSDMS) is already flagged as MaxDSL enabled.

Cary.

Hi,

Why is there no information for HomeWorker Pro - Up to 8Mb?

What is the conversion name for it?

My exchange details below, so basically me and jmcclurkin are waiting for the order to be passed on to BT.
