Broadband down since mid-day?

Hi

Can tech check this please? Got sync, line stats are fine just cannot connect - I think the problem is with the local exchange

BB fault checker finds no fault (hmmmm ok)

I need to get online, I mean MUST... my bipolar disorder needs internet access Wink

Looks like there's an Major Service Outage at your exchange, you can check it here:

http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges

and go to the service outage page. ETA was 6pm, but there's no update or an all clear since then.

Had a look at the reports to see if there's any more info but there's nothing showing up so can't say any more than what's on usertools unfortunately.

Should have been fixed last night for you, BT are reporting it as resolved at 23:03
