Broadband connection - deep frustration

Hello PLus net

Can anyone there hear me? I've had no connection for 3 days, I can't get hold of anyone on the phone, I've reported the fault but no-one has called me back, I've completed the online fault checker and no response, I've tried a different modem...and this is my business that's suffering.
