Broadband broken since Thursday evening!

I've an open question no. 21491855 and am not getting very far with it.

I have had no broadband since Thursday evening and the fault lies in no authorisation supposedly at my local exchange. That was determined on Friday afternoon i.e.

It is now Tuesday afternoon and we are no further forward in resolving this. All I keep seeing on the open question is that Plusnet will check again tomorrow.

The lack of anything apparently happening is really p******* me off.

Sorry for the rant but it isn't very good when BT's own company can't sort it's faults out.

I'm happy to chase for an update on this, but please bear in mind that BT Retail own us, not BT Wholesale. BT Retail have *absolutely nothing* to do with fault reporting / resolution.

However if you can look in to this further it would be appreciated. Trying to run a small business through dialup only is so difficult nowadays!
