Traffic shaping on all the BB means slower downloads fo P2P transfers etc.. I am well fedup now.. Evil

Well, cancel your contract then, if these changes to Terms and Conditions have a "detriment" effect. I am.

19.1 (c) and 19.4 are the clauses you'll require to quote when cancelling.

Hi there,

This isn't announcing anything new. This is clarifying what we annoucned about a month ago and making it explicit in our AUP and T&C. We're emailing all customers about this. If you are not happy with the new T&C you have the right to cancel your contract.
