Botched ADSL move - totally furious!! Please help

Spoke with BT who would provision ADSL on the line for 9th October, told plusnet with plenty of notice...

Plusnet for some unknown reason said ADSL will not be provisioned until today, told me my order is complete and I cannot use ADSL

Firstly, I cannot get sync...

Secondly, when I try to run a broadband fault check, my old details come up with my old phone so I cannot even run a check!!!

My outstanding ticket is 20373569, can someone please look into this!? In the meantime, will I be credited for this 0845 number I'm forced to use? 10 days with no broadband... I've well ****** off

dunno what you guy have done but its sorted itself.... for no reason, its got and held sync and is working?!?
