Billing Frequency Concern

At 11:59 hrs today I received the following message(TWICE) from plusnet snip-"We are writing to notify you that we have been unable to take payment regarding
your Plus.net Connect Heavy User (was Connect 5) account."-snip

The January(!)pickup from my account was on the 7th January. On the basis that you are trying to collect a February payment I extrapolate that payments to +net are not monthly but evidently 4 weekly = I'll pay 13 times in 2002. Please explain the breach of your T&CoT to me.

Incidentally +net, there are insufficient funds in my account until February - as per my budget!

Stephen,

Please accept our apologies, you seem to have received this e-mail in error. No billing has actually taken place on your account today. Our Development team are looking into this now.

Regards,
Robert

RE: Billing Frequency Concern

Dear Customer,

This was due to a problem with a script. As far as I know our Development team where testing some areas of the billing system and this resulted in the emails being sent out. No transactions where attempted and you will not / are due not to be billed anything additional.

Thanks
Chris

I now refer to the two e-mails of apology issued by yourselves timed at 18:53 hrs. Whilst I can see that there are 2 e-m addresses for me 1=originalsignup@originalsignup.plus.com and number 2=mypostbox@originalsignup.co.uk

So please enlighten me why I do have to receive 2?
