Bandwidth usage

Hello,

I've noticed my bandwidth "conveniently" popping into the charging band above my included usage on the last day of the month.

They charge me for another 2Gb and then almost immediately roll it over and take it away.

This has happened on several occasions now and I feel this is far from a coincidence.

Has anyone else noticed this? PN "assure the data is correct" but is seems somewhat suspicious to me.

Just wondered on others' views?

Hi there,

The system this data is pulled from is extremely reliable.

If you give me a nudge nearer your billing date I'll monitor it for you from our side to ensure that it is correct, as I cannot see a complete breakdown for previous months easily.

Bandwidth usage

Hi,

From what I can see your usage hit 2GB on Sunday so it added an extra 2GB to your account. The best thing to do will probably be to set the Data Transfer Watch on your account. If you set the maximum amount you can use per month to 2GB then if you hit that figure then it won't automatically charge you and instead you can choose whether you want to add an extra 2GB or wait until the next billing month.
