We're looking for discrepancies between these two links:

I'm trying to run the BT speed test but when it comes to entering my user name I get this:

Quote

TEST ERROR

The login name entered on this tool doesnt match that discovered by querying the network for your domain name. Please check your telephone number (or user name) and try again.

I used my user name for these portals, is that correct?

You need to put your username@plusdsl.net or whatever you use.

BT speed test

That is one of the various error messages you get when the machine is overloaded. I only ever find the speedtester works before 8am, after that it is problematic.

BT speed test

Yep - That's your connection performing as expected as per the profiling at their end. Ther profile you have assigned at our end is suitable per the bRAS restriction.
