BB+ Management and new payment period.

After receiving the level 1 management email last week I thought I'd curb it for the few remaining days before my payment period came and wait for everything to go back to normal. However, payment day is today, and apparently the money has gone but my monthly usage (which sat at 10mb for a short period this morning) is at 9gig, and I'm still sitting here with a 512k connection rather than 2mb.

The whole management thing has been done to death, and personnaly I don't have a problem with it. However, if things are organised enough to take my money on time but not to reset the connection details, then this could get a bit annoying. Any suggestions on what I should do, create a fault report or just not be so impatient and sit and wait?!

Unfortunately this process at present is not automated and can take upto 24 hours to complete.

In the near future it will be improved and become automated.
