Have a look at this. It's the updated version of the DG834g that I have and it's been pretty reliable and always reconnects when the line drops.

I recently replaced an ageing EN5861 with a Zyxel Prestige 660HW. Not a bad little box at all and they have a wide range of options within the 66x series to suit a range of ADSL2+ needs. And yes, they reconnect. I picked mine up at Magenta who seem to have pretty good prices and delivered it promptly without issue.

My DLink went bang, so I bought a Netgear DG834PN from a shop recommendation, and very happy with it so far Smiley

I also recommend the DG834G. Been very reliable for me, supports ADSL2+ and it automatically reconnects on line dropping.
