Assistance required re MAC process

Can someone just give me a quick idea of how the MAC process works?

It's not something I ever thought I'd need, but with this Usenet debacle I think it's probable I'll be moving now. I'm on an Annual Contract originally commenced in July 2003, and changed to 'Home Lite' in November 2004, then to 'Home Premier' in December 2004, with no other changes listed on my 'Account Details' since then.

Hi there.

Simply raise a ticket via Link:contact us asking for your MAC. Once issued it is valid for 30 days. Give the mac to your prospective ISP and let the migration commence. you should not have any contractural obligations, based on your start date, other than the 30 day notice.
