Are customer support all away on holiday?

Sent them a message over 24 hours ago...still no reply Sad

Anyway, incase anyone here is responding to stuff...here's my message.

Hi, there is still no improvement in my speeds now that the initial upgrade 'training' period has passed. (Although there was an initial period during the first few days when my speed increased to 3-3.5 Mbps which seemed stable with no disconnections or problems ) according to the BT site, my line should be able to manage 5.5Mbps, but as you can see from the the speed test results below, the maximun speed i am getting is around 1.7Mbps, but this frequently drops to below 1Mbps which is much lower than I was getting on the 2Mbps service.
Please can you look into this for me.

Thank you

Martin Bostock (Speed results below)

Are customer support all away on holiday?

24 hours isn't very long for a ticket response - some people can wait several weeks. I'd wait at least 3 days or so.

Hi,

When you say that BT think you should be capable of 5.5mbps speeds, do you get that from running a BT Speedtest? If not, could you try doing so for me?

http://usertools.plus.net/tutorials/id/27

This will indicate whether the speed limitation is on our, or BT's Network.
