Anyone else unable to get online?

I can't seem to see it on the status page but am I the only one who has been unable to connect since this morning? The modem ADSL status led just keeps blinking and results in connect error. Help me please. The horror..........

Wow! Small world, I'm in Tottenham too. Still unresolved, unable to logon still. PlusNet have referred it to BT, so hopefully the sort it out soon. Let me know when you can get on again. All the best!

Anyone else unable to get online?

I've been unable to connect all day. No response from cs.
Similar ocurrance 2 weeks ago for 3 days and no explanation why.

This together with the email fiasco is the final straw.
The only response I've had from cs was to give me the MAC key I asked for !!!

Strange company. Certainly not the one I joined many years ago

it seems that i'm a victim of a LLU tiscali 'upgrade'

tiscali have been notified so we'll see...

wonder how many others on the tottenham exchange have been 'upgraded' Sad

Anyone else unable to get online?

I'm on the Hyde exchange and haven't been able to connect since the 9th July.

Plusnet replied by saying they're closing the ticket because their logs show that somehow I have connected :roll: whether it did or not for a short time I don't know. I have just left my router on but i've only seen it continuously flash amber.

I wonder how long it would take them to get this problem sorted. That's 3 years of reliable service down the drain. Talk about law of averages, they've just crammed major downtime over the last 5 days and counting...

I too cannot login at all, I am out in Marlow ( i guess on Marlow exchange.)

I dont know what PN problem is. I have only been with them for about 10 days, and already I am thinking of leaving, this customer service is poor (ie poor interface, thats all I can comment on since i have never spoke to anyone from PN, couldnt get through to anyone on the phone, spent an hour trying to find a number, and the response I got from them regarding a problem just said it was BT)

and now, I cant logon at all and have to borrow a friends connection. Since I am only a new joiner, does that mean I am on this tiscali connection?

I like how professional PN are at trying to offload *their* problems onto their supplier. Hello PN, we are *your* customers, not tiscali, get your act together and sort it out and stop passing the buck

sorry for the ranting, but I am getting fed up with this sort of thing.

live in marlow problems logging in

I too have had problems this afternoon.

I did as I was told and went to the 'raise a question section' I just wanted to find the old fashioned button that said 'send a ticket. I did not need to go through all the huff and puff of saying which modem it is etc - modem fine lines fine.

I have no alternative way of getting on line -

mind you now that PN seem to have fixed the e.mail problems, I have been swamped with backdated junk/spam, back to trying to filter it all out!
