There is definitely no malicious activity coming from my network, so I'm assuming "your network" means PlusNet, or at least part of it.

Working fine here also. Are you sure that you have no spyware / viruses on your Computer? Do you use firefox? I've heard of a dodgy Firefox installation / extention sending multiple requests to Google.

Fair enough then. Perhaps PN could comment on what may have caused this? I would suspect requests would have to come from multiple sources within the same range for them to block an entire IP range.
