Hi Bannor,

BT have asked us to call back after Midday tomorrow about your problem, they state that they are still waiting for an engineer to attend your exchange.

We have just received some further information which applies to other ADSL users who may be experiancing the same problem. I don't have enough information tonight to pass to you, but we will be communicating this further tomorrow.

I personally coudln't survive without my connection, so I know how frustrating this must be. I would just like to thank you for your patience and assure you that we are doing everything we can on our side to help.
